And there is no theruvu like u have listed example

DeleteNamaskarams,
DeleteI am Sriram, native of Kalpathy and currently living both in Chennai, where my wife and I are in business, and in Palakkad where we have built our second home.
Thanks for the list of gramams in Palakkad. I am planning to do a photo book & website with drone images of each gramam “from-the-air”, together with regular eye level images.
Do you have a list of people whom i can reach out to in each of these gramams?
Any help would be appreciated

ReplyDeleteI could not find Rishinarada mangalam and Pazhambalacode in this. Are they agraharams ? Just to confirm..Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThere are other Brahmin settlements in Kerala. Were they also migrants from Tamil Nadu or did they move out fro original settlements in Palakkadu?
ReplyDeleteI belong to Parakulam East ville near Kunisseri. There is also, naturally Parakulam West Village. All old people have passed away to give information about this village. There are settlements in Koottala, Kilakkancheri and many others I may not know. There are otta madams (single houses) in South Kerala inhabited by Brahmins. Whor are they?

ReplyDelete2. In Palakkad town itself, we have Vettakkorumakan Kavu gramam (V K Kavu gramam). In Kalpathy post.
Thanks for your information .I have noticed your list from 2017.In this list there are some agraharams are given as named Elavancherry,Vettengarakkavu, Kannambra
ReplyDeleteBut in my search I can't find out those agraharam or gramam streets or samoohams in such name given as above .
Even though there are many agraharams in another names and some are mentioned in your list on nearby areas of this places .
If these agraharam still exists please also specify the exact location or land mark near the gramams.
